Dear Back Yard Bird -- We just want you to know how much enjoyment we are getting out of the Nest Building Wreath. We had order the wreath and placed it into a tree in our back yard and have had hours of enjoyment watching the various breeds of birds attacking the wreath to obtain their nest building materials. Much to my surprise, the items I ordered from The Backyard Bird Company arrived in just a few days. My son is giving his father a bat house for Christmas, and we were worried it would take weeks to arrive. I bought a Bluebird Birdhouse as well as a bluebird book from The Backyard Bird Company as a gift for someone and I was really pleased with their service. I received a confirmation email of my purchase as well as an email notifying me as to when my purchase was shipped that included an estimated delivery date. My gift arrived several days before the estimated delivery date and my friend was delighted with the products. I did encounter one slight problem on my order - that being that a hummingbird book was mistakenly sent rather than the bluebird book. However, I emailed customer service to notify them of the error and they were VERY quick to respond with an apology and sent the correct book out to my friend that very same day along with instructions for her to keep the hummingbird book at no charge.
