Shipping Info
Our shipping charges are 12% of your pre-tax order total plus $3.50 handling charge per order. Oversized and overweight items are subject to a shipping surcharge. Oversized status is determined by either dimensional or atual weight based on the formula provided by our shipping carriers.


We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipping needs. Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these instances, the manufacturer may use additional carriers. Oversized orders (such as outdoor furniture) will ship via a regional freight service. Freight charges for oversized and overweight orders will be calculated based on delivery address and carrier. You will be contacted for approval of these charges before the order ships.

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified if any of the items that you ordered are out-of-stock. Out-of-stock merchandise is usually available for shipping within 2 weeks. UPS Ground delivery usually delivers within 3-4 business days. USPS Priority Mail delivers within 2-3 business days. We offer a UPS 3-Day Select/USPS Proirity Mail upgrade to regular ground shipping. Please be aware that we will determine the fastest, most ecnomical way to ship your order after we receive it. Furthermore, UPS 3-Day Select and USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery, please call us for a quote based on boxed dimesional weight and shipping address. Oversized items are charged an additional shipping fee based on industry standards for oversized packages. Oversized package surcharges will be added to your shipping charge total if applicable.

We will ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but a minimum additional charge of $3.00 to $10.00 will apply.

We regret that we are unable to ship outside of these areas at this time.
